Thank you for booking your immigration consultation with Litmus Immigration Services Inc. To ensure a smooth and productive session, please review the following details carefully.

1. Consultation Format

Your consultation will be conducted through video conferencing (Zoom or Microsoft Teams), phone, or WhatsApp. Please choose the option that works best for you.

For 15-Minute Meetings: A Zoom link will be automatically sent in your confirmation email.
For 30-Minute Meetings: We use Microsoft Teams, and the link will be sent separately before your scheduled session.

Important Note: If you choose video conferencing, we highly recommend using a laptop or desktop instead of a phone for better visibility, especially if we need to share documents during the session.

2. Ensuring a Smooth Video Conference Experience

For those using Zoom or Microsoft Teams, please ensure:

You have a stable internet connection to avoid disruptions.
Your device’s microphone and camera are working correctly.
You are in a quiet environment to allow for clear communication.

If you have never used Zoom or Microsoft Teams before, we recommend testing the platform beforehand to avoid technical issues.

3. Phone and WhatsApp Consultations

If you selected a phone or WhatsApp consultation, ensure that:

The phone number provided is accurate and accessible at the scheduled time.
If using WhatsApp, please check if the number is connected and can receive calls/messages.

4. Rescheduling or Cancelling

If you cannot attend your scheduled meeting, please let us know as soon as possible by:

5. Time Zone & Scheduling

The time shown in your booking confirmation email is adjusted to your local time zone. Please verify this to avoid confusion and be available at the correct time.

6. Consultation Agreement

Before the meeting, you will receive a Consultation Agreement in a separate email. Please review and electronically sign it before the session begins. This is a mandatory step to proceed with your consultation.
